Products and prices
We sell single-estate extra virgin olive oil. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable; shipping is shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change; an item is only sold once your order is confirmed.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm and your payment is captured through Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or payment fails), refunding any sum paid.
Shipping
We ship across the European Union. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Note that, under EU consumer law, sealed food products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or perishability reasons are, once unsealed, exempt from the right of withdrawal. Faulty or non-conforming goods may always be returned under the legal guarantee.
Legal guarantee
Goods benefit from the EU legal guarantee of conformity (24 months). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability, law and disputes
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
